    Purchased 12 Month XBL I removed the Credit Cards of my Profile as they have been canceled tryed to use it got that error....

    Then I spent 1:32:07 On XBOX Support only to be refered to a Advisory Agency. So My XBL is ending tomorow and I can not use the code I know it works However when attempted to enter on PC and Console it did not work. Can a XBL Agent please help and don't
    give me the obvious have you tried adding a credit card? BeCause I have....

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Same here, I was advised it was because I didn't have a payment method on file, which seem strange since it's supposed to be a free month. Anyway, I tried again with a payment method on file, and it still doesn't work. Error code Xbos-0x80169CF9. Any ideas?
