Hello, my names Desmond and this morning I wake up to play Minecraft and I try signing in and I realize I couldn't sign in because of the error code 0x8015DC03. I go to the Xbox app to check and I saw that I wasn't signed in and I sign into my account just to realize im suspended from Xbox Live. I don't know the exact reason why im banned i check my enforcement and everythings fine with 0 strikes and I just want an unban so I can play games on Xbox live. Also I've tried support and nothing really helped out for my reason why my account is suspended on Xbox Live.

It's unusual for multiple accounts to be suspended at once. Are you using a VPN? That could sometimes trigger security measures.

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to the xbox forums. I understand you are unable to sign in and i have something we can try. Hope it helps.

Go to your Microsoft Account.
Sign in with the Microsoft account (email address and password) that’s associated with your Xbox Live account. If you’ve forgotten your Microsoft account password, see the Lost
Account and Password Solution.
Click Security & privacy at the top of the page. Due to the sensitive nature of this information, the page will prompt you to receive and enter a security code. Select the phone number or email address where you want us
to send the code.
Click More security settings. If any of the phone numbers or email addresses listed as security information have the word Verify next to them, you’ll need to click that link to confirm we have the correct information. The
page will then send you a security code. Enter that code into the field provided, and then click Verify.
Sign out of your Microsoft account, and then sign in again.
Try to sign in to Xbox Live again.

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
