error code 0x80131904

just trying to sign into my account as normal on my xbox one to play something and this code came up (0x80131904) saying it couldn't sign in, i have restarted the xbox and my internet and its still doing it. I couldn't find anything on google. please help.

I'm having the same issue and getting the same codes. I'm in Ontario near Ottawa, where are you located?

 

I'm also receiving the same code and it's extremely irritating. I've restarted the console, removed the account and tried to re-add, but still nothing.

 

**** man, im in australia. i took my account/GT off my xbox now i cant sign it back in. i have un plugged it all and i will have to wait few more minutes. if that doesnt work im ****.

 

I am having the same issue. I've tried the same steps to. Reset, removed account, etc. In Canada.

 

I'm getting error 0x80131904. Microsoft has no record of this error code - typical. Looks like a number of people are encountering this annoying issue. Hey M$, if you're going to forcibly package an app with your stupid OS, at least make sure it works correctly!

EDIT: I'm getting this error in W10. My phone and console seem to be OK. Weird.

OK, I've run Powershell commands to uninstall the App, restarted, reinstalled, restarted to no avail. I've also stopped and restarted the service via services.msc to no avail. The problem is on MS's end. I don't want to hear about some "strong NAT" BS excuse.
NAT my @SS.

 

Same issue in Australia. Wasn't able to sign into my account or my daughters account but could sign into my sons, now I can sign into mine but now non of the kids account. Weird.

 

sorry guys mine has just started working, i reset the thing so many times, no idea if it was what the wife said to do that helped but im on. FYI i deleted my account off my console. i unplugged it and left it for a while. it didnt work but i left it for
another few hours and it worked. hope it works for all you guys.
