    i have been getting this code for the past 5 days now, getting ridiculous as I have purchased a few lego dimension packs but now my xbox is telling me I have to download something to do with them but since it wont let me go into the xbox store I cannot get
    the needed downloads so have some packs which i own to not be able to be used properly!

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the Xbox One store! Since this first started have tried a quick power cycle on your Xbox One to see if that helps? To power cycle your Xbox One, hold down the power button on the console for 8-10 seconds until it
    shuts off. Once it's off, you can power it back on. Let us know if that helps!

    Hey guys -

    If the power cycle that maxen recommended didn't work, let's have you try
    removing your Xbox Live profile     from your Xbox One console, then power cycle. If that doesn't work, the next step I'd suggest is to

    factory reset     your Xbox One (while keeping your games and apps) and seeing if that helps resolve the issue.

    Give those a shot and let us know if the issue persists. :)

    • Sorry to hear about the issues with connecting to the store, it does sound like there might be a network problem. Please run a Detailed Network Statistics
      test on the Xbox One console and provide the following information.
      • Download Speed
      • Upload Speed
      • Latency
      • Packet Loss %
      • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used)

    That'll help us figure out the next step to get this fixed!
