    I have been trying to connect to the Xbox online store store for over a week now. Every time I am met with this error code 0x8013153B

    I have restarted my internet and xbox that many times as suggested by forums and the trouble shooting suggestions but no luck. My internet connection is strong and I have never had this issue before. Can anyone help???

    i have the same error code ( 0x8013153B) whenever i try to go to movies, games or anything in the store

  3. Cannot access Store from Xbox

    Whenever I try to access the store from Xbox homepage I get an error saying the page cannot be loaded. I can still access all my games and apps and go online using the browser. There are no issues with my network or internet and I can still get to the store
    from another device. Error code given is 0x8013153B but searching the code yields no results. How can restore the store?

    I'm getting the same problem after applying the recent update this evening, the same error. Logging out and back in does not work. Neither does multiple restarts of both the console and my internet connection. Is there any more info on this?

  6. I had tried logging out and in, I have power cycled, I have cleared my cache. Hell I even restarted my entire console and wiped it clean. Nothing has worked. I am now being greeted by the code 0x8000FFFF.

    Try Deleting your account from console and add it again

    So after some more testing I managed to get this fixed up. Initially I had my xbox connected via my wifi network and it just wasn't working. So after checking again this morning to find it still wasn't working, I connected my xbox to my 4g phone via the
    hotspot, restarted the xbox and the store loaded straight away. So I went back to my normal network, and it stopped working again. I realised a while back I'd set a static IP on the xbox (for DMZ / NAT unblocking) and so when I picked a different IP and restarted
    again, things started working. Something seems to have changed but if you are getting this error and you have previous setup something NAT related, try and change just to see if it gets it going.

    Same problem on my end, happened only yesterday without changing or messing with any router options or settings. I log in to Xbox Live on my XB1, check the store and nothing loads. Nat type says: Unavailable. Reset all devices and and soft resets. Must have
    to do with some sort of Xbox update recently?

    Miss Bijoux- As soon as I attempt to get close to the store after the main page i receive this error. Whether I attempt to got through a game HUB or the deals with gold link on my start up page I am meant with the same disappointment.

    SiR409- I did what you did and used my phone hotspot and it did connect. I do have my unit set to an automatic IP address. How ever I am not the most tech savvy individual and don't really have a clue about changing things like this around incase I royally
    screw something. Can you make some suggestions or advice while doing this?

    I can't access the store, or chat in games. Just started 2 days ago. I've tried everything I can, and haven't been able to fix it. I even reset the whole xbox wiping all games and apps. All of my router settings are as they should be, I even have the latest
    firmware. My ip address is public. I didn't touch any settings, it did this by itself.

    Hey guys, so a little more info on this.

    I also noticed last night I couldn't get into subscription or payment information, everthing just timed out. It was all related and all started working again once I'd fixed the issue up.

    So I had previously set my xbox to use a static IP (so its the same every time, even after a router restart or something like that) and had rules setup on my router to let all traffic connect to my xbox (via the dmz). This was how I had worked around a previous
    NAT issue. So this time I specified another static IP (picked another random one) that didn't have any config setup on the router and restarted and it worked. The only other thing I did was set google as the secondary DNS settings.

    So to try something different on yours, go to your network settings tab. When it shows you the information (IP settings etc) write them down. They might be something like shown below (typical setup):

    IP: 192.168.1.*

    Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

    Gateway: 192.168.1.1

    DNS1: 192.168.1.1

    DNS2:

    Once you have written the settings down, go back to manual setup and input the following values (but in line with the ones you found in auto)

    IP: (If your IP was 192.168.1.5 for example, change it to 192.168.1.75)

    Subnet Mask: (Stays the same as what it was)

    Gateway: (Stays the same as what it was)

    DNS 1: (Should be the same as gateway)

    DNS 2: (Try 8.8.8.8)

    Again, if your range is different to 192.168.1.*, it might be like 10.1.1.16 so make sure you set your manual settings (static) to be in the same range. Good luck!

    I signed on today and you wont believe it the *** thing is working again. NAT was open and I have access to the store again. I will be holding onto your info you gave me incase it screws up again. Now to get onto getting my stuff back and back to gaming
