Error code 0x8013153B when trying to access store

Help?? I have just got a new xbox and now cannot access the store, or any apps. I keep getting error code 0x8013153B.

Won't let me browse games. Error code is 0x8013153B

When I try to access anything in the Store, I get an error code 0x8013153B. I tried restarting my Xbox One S and restarting my router, but same error code.

Anyone's else getting error code 0x8013153B

when ever I try to do something in the store it gives me the error code 0x8013153B, but when I put it in the error code search it says it's not a error code

Just for some extra info - have tried: rebooting; different user account; network status (youtube still works); checked for updates... umm... thats all i can think of right now

Hi,

Does this error occur when you try to launch a game or app? Also, can you try removing the account from the console (Settings>Accounts) and then clearing the console's cache by holding down the power button on the console for 8-10sec. till the console completely
shuts down. Then, power it back up and re-add your account.

I'm having a very similar problem. I gave my daughter the Minecraft Xbox 1 S for Christmas, and it's basically useless for anything she wants to do. When I try to go to the Store to download the Mincraft game using the code, I get an error code 0x8013153b,
amd nothing happens. She can't even play the games she already has, because it asks me tl download the game, and I get another error message. Merry Christmas to her! A $250 paper weight!!!

Hey guys -

If the power cycle that maxen recommended didn't work, let's have you try
removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console, then power cycle. If that doesn't work, the next step I'd suggest is to

factory reset your Xbox One (while keeping your games and apps) and seeing if that helps resolve the issue.

Give those a shot and let us know if the issue persists.
