    I have restarted it many times. I have also removed and readded my account. And nothing has worked.

    Same here now. The X can't even identify how many subs I have there and I can't download Gold games as they are not showing either. Mixer and store are down completely.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
