    I keep getting this error code when I try to go to my recently installed, my game pass, or when I try to look at any game on the xbox store. I tried searching for the code on the website and it says it does not exist...

    My games are working fine, but why am I paying for game pass if I can't access the games list to download another game?

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello .i have a xbox one s .everything time i goto the store it will not open .and says error code: 0x80131505.

    I have restarted it many times. I have also removed and readded my account. And nothing has worked.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
