Run the Xbox speed test.

Have you checked the games and apps section under updates to see if the Microsoft Store needs to be updated?

I have done the soft rest and it now allows me access to the store if i RB to the store screen. But it still will not load up games with gold.

It didn't work and I cant download xbox console companion because when I open the Microsoft store it says "Try that again Page could not be loaded. Please try again later."
