Error code 0x80080005 and 0x8027025a

Try these steps and see:

1. Unplug any external drives and turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console again.

Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

2. Clear your local save games file and persistent storage.
Make sure that there’s no disc in the disc tray. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings > All Settings then Choose System > Storage.
Now select Clear local saved games. And choose Yes to confirm.
Now restart your console and after that Press the Menu key on your controller.
Click Settings, then go to Disc & Blu-Ray and Select Persistent Storage.
Click Clear Persistent Storage.

3. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide then select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.
NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

Hi there i am also on xbox and i was just wondering weather there was an easier way of doing it and weather it would go away after a while without me doind it because i dont think i remember the email to all the profiles. I have the error code 0x80080005 on my screen. Thanks
