Error code 0x80073D05 on Xbox One S

ERROR Code : 0x80073d05

I've been looking into this one and it is very strange as that code, on a PC, indicates a Store issue but not on the Xbox it seems

Also interesting that the code isn't even listed on the Xbox codes page...surely they must have come across it before!!

The upshot of this seems to be a full factory reset may be needed

I do not have and external hard drive

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug it then perform a powercycle before reinstalling the game. Make sure to keep it unplugged when installing the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
