Error Code 0x80073d00

Just sat down to finally play Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered on my Xbox One X.

When I launch the app, I see the splash screen and immediately Error Code 0x80073d00 appears saying that there is currently an update in progress and it should be done soon. There is no update being done. I have checked the queue and updates, along with
checking the game itself under manage game and add ons.

After googling online, I found almost no traces of this code. Only a very few small instances where someone else encountered this error (trying to buy V-Bucks and trying to buy something from the GTA Online store), which do not relate at all to what I am
trying to do. Both of these instances were marked as "Resolved" and the answer was to delete your profile, re-add it, and it would work...

So I tried relaunching from the shortcut I created on the home screen, directly through my games and apps, restarting the console, hard reset of the console, and even deleting my profile and re-adding it. Nothing fixed this error code. I am forced to delete
and reinstall and hope that it works.

Disappointing as the game is 44GB and I am not even sure if it will work tomorrow. Posting this to hopefully figure out what the problem is/was, and to help anyone in the future with it.
