Error code 0x80073cfc

I have encountered a problem where when I try to install certain games it gives me this error code 0x80073cfc. This is only affecting certain games such as Football Manager 2019 and Imperator Rome while I have no issues installing games such as Forza Horizon.
I have searched online looking for a solution to no avail and tried a error code lookup on the FAQ but there are no results. Is there a way to fix this error?

sorry to hear. Microsoft has released a repair program called
Apps diagnostic10 specifically for such problems with the Windows Store. Simply download the program, start it and then you will be guided through the problem.

On top of the info already provided by the other Ambassador, have a look at Error 0x80073cf3 occurs when you try to install a game on Xbox One.
