    Okay so I try and download netflix for xbox one, every time I do the same thing happens over and over again it says

    installation stopped. Then I contacted Microsoft, they told me to unpower the game hold my finger on the power button for 10-15 seconds, and then turn it back on. That didn't work either.

    please help

    Ok, are you connected to the net wirelessely? If so, please try using an ethernet cable for the download.

    Alright. One final attempt then you may have to contact phone support to request a repair if it doesn't work.

    Try unplugging your modem/router for 10 seconds then plug it back in again. See if the issue persists once everything is back up and running again.

    ***Solution (for me)

    Destiny would not install after putting in disk. Gave error code 0x80073cf6. Solution was to remove the power cord from the back of the system. While system was unplugged, I also hooked up a wired internet connection instead of using a wireless connection
    like I have been. Whether just one or both of these fixed this issue, I don't know.

    After green screen, Destiny came up immediately and started to download/install the game content. Now it's all good to go.

    I have been a loyal Xbox person for 3 years and this error code is ruining everything. I tried to download the following, TitanFall DLCs, Minecraft Xbox one edition, and destiny. NOTHING IS WORKING!

    Hemec, I can confirm that this worked for me. I must've caught a bad update a while ago because this seems to have fixed a myriad of other problems as well. I was finally able to install Diablo III with patch 2.1 without it getting stuck!
