    hello i am trying to help a buddy make the transition from Xbox to PC and when he tries to download certain titles it gives him above mention error, i have tried resetting the app, multiple restarts, the trick with power shell, and i am at a loss. it only seems to be with certain titles as well, he has downloaded bf4, gang beast and a few other titles with no issue, but when attempting to download MSFS2020 or FS19 it immediately goes to said error. any advice or help would be much appreciated. (he does have the game pass ultimate)
