Error code 0x80072F30

Has anyone resolved error code 0x80072F30? It says I'm not connected to the Internet but i am.

Not able to connect to internet

I am having the same issue trying to connect to the Xbox store. Getting error code 0x80072F30, but that code is not listed for xbox error coding.

Hi Chris, thanks for your suggestions. It's Xbox One that I have problems with. I am connected to Xbox Live but cannot access the Microsoft store as it says I have no internet connection. I have switched everything off and rebooted my router too but
this hasn't helped. I'm completely baffled.

I'd be happy to provide some input. If you go to Settings>Network>Network Settings> what does it say under Current Status? Does it say all services are available?

I would also suggest to select the "Test Network" and "Test Multiplayer" options to run some network tests and see what the Xbox says.

Let us know what the results of the tests are!

Thanks for your input. All services are available under the Network Settings. The test connection said I am connected to the Internet and the Multiplayer test says everything is good if I'm still having problem try refreshing your NAT Type, so I have
done this too. Tried to access the store again and it still says check your connection - Microsoft needs to be online - it looks like you're not and the error code.

Any other ideas?

Please try doing a
power cycle the Xbox One. By disconnecting and reconnecting your console's power cable. If the problem persists, please try this: "I
am experiencing slow performance when playing Xbox One games on Xbox Live."

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings.
6. Select Advanced Settings.
7. Select Alternate Mac Address
8. Select Clear
9. Select Restart

Thank you Crystal. We had already tried disconnecting it and the problem continued but having left it overnight we again disconnected the power and voila! Thank you and everyone for the help.
