    so for the past 2 hours my xbox one has been giving me issues loading games I have bought. The error code is 0x80072efe. When I went to see what that code meant it said not found. I have done a factory reset and now my purchased games do not show up for
    redownload. I need help please.

    Games that require wifi will not start. Error code 0x80072efe.

    My network connection is totally fine, but not a single game, disc or downloaded will start up.

    This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to download them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.
