    Error Code 0x800708CA on New Microsoft Elite Controller Series 2 on PC


    I am logged into Windows account and Xbox live account.

    I connected my new controller to my PC via USB.

    I am getting constant error messages when trying to configure.

    Controller is working ok using bluetooth, but I am unable to configure the controller.

    Nvidia and Windows is updated to latest versions.

    Same as other thread:

    "Hi, i've bought an xbox elite series 2 to use on my windows 10 1909 build. I've downloaded the xbox accessories app from the microsoft store and this one recognizes the controller but nevertheless if I want to modify a profile the app gives me this error: 0x800708CA telling
    me to unplug the controller.

    How can i solve?@
