    Hi Guys and Gals,

    I'm getting a problem on the store on Xbox one, whenever I go on it and then try to come off, either by pressing B or by pressing the home button, I get a message telling me "something went wrong" and if it happens again to put error code 0x800706ba into
    xbox.com/errorhelp "so we can investigate".

    sadly, it has no place for me to place this code so they can actually investigate it, just lets me search up previous error codes that might have been solved.

    this error happens on every occasion, and I'd very much like to not have to unplug my Xbox every time this happens, so any help i can get on this would be much appreciated.
