    I've done this twice and it hasn't stopped the error. It's definitely a store problem so please, less of the useless answers and please fix.

    Error Code 0x800706ba

    happens to me every time I go to the Xbox one store. Started after the 7/10/16 update and so far Microsoft seem to be completely ignoring every post made about it.

    Just had this same issue. Give your system a true power cycle. Turn it off, unplug it from the wall and wait a few minutes. Mine started fine afterwards. Not sure if it will re-occur though. Good luck.
