Error Code 0x800705b4 Power cycle does not fix

I keep getting this error when trying to run an application or game. Power cycling has not provided a fix for more than 1 day. Also, factory resetting the xbox has not resolved my issue. I am currently using the Xbox one X. I cant replicate this issue
on my first gen xbox one.

So ive done this before and it fixed the issue for a day then it started giving me the error again. Neither factory reset or power cycling fixed this issue for me. This will be my second time performing a factory reset on this device. Its amazing how the
first xbox one doesnt have this issue.

I have found this.

Please, first try this:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

2. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

3. Press and hold the BIND (controller sync button located on the left side of the console or bottom right if a one S or one X) and the EJECT button and then just press the Xbox button on the console once.

4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

7. To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox.

9. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Is the console overheating? Is it on the good, ventilated place? Is there any noise?

I think that the update went wrong. Are you part of the insider program?

From what I have found concerning this code: 0x800705b4, this could mean that there was an update that was unsuccessful.

Try to do a power cycle first.

Turn off by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This resets the power supply.
Plug the power cable in and turn your Xbox back on.
