Error code 0x800705b4 please help

So I hopped on to play some BF5 for much needed stress relief and this error code popped up. Now it has done this before in the past but usually I restart my console or do a hard reset and it works. This evening I tried all of those to no avail. So i then
tried the reset console option twice. That didn't work either. Then thought maybe it's just that game so I tried other games on my console and then it would let me click the game icon but then nothing would happen. A few minutes would go by and it would pop
up that error code. Literally for every game I have. Then it wouldn't even let me go into settings. So I asked a fellow gamer on Microsoft's new site and they told me to factory reset my console by unplugging then plugging up and pressing BIND button (controller
sync button) and holding it and the eject disc button then cut the console on while holding those down. Continue to hold BIND and EJECT down for 10-15 seconds and you'll hear the xbox start up tone twice and I chose factory reset and went through all that
stuff.

Things looked like they were looking up. The console is faster now it seems. So i go to play BF5 and i click the icon and nothing happens. A couple minutes goes by and it says "were getting your game ready this might take a couple minutes". So I click okay
and wait then a couple minutes goes by and this same stupid error code comes up. It is also doing it for every game I have and every app I have. My xbox is essentially a useless paperweight at the moment and I have done everything I know to do as well as already
asked for help once. Anybody know anything please that could help me out here?
