Error code 0x80070570

I tried to open overwatch(hardcopy) and it would show the splash screen for a few seconds before closing. I had viewed many other threads discussing solutions which were to quit the game through the menu button, turn off the console or uninstall and reinstall
the game. I have tried all aforementioned methods, and when attempting to reinstall the game, it begins to install then quits and says error and an installation stopped notification. This error, when clicked, shows a message that says "the item you are trying
to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling and re-installing. However, it only appears as a blank slate on the my games and apps section and has no way of uninstalling. I have read multiple threads of people who have the same issue and the suggestions
were to uninstall (which won't work) and to turn off the console and unplug it for five minutes and try again. But just like every other troubleshooting method, it doesn't work.

Hey there armadylo97,

Are you using an external hard drive with the console for storage? If so, try to remove it and see if it allows you to install the game. We also have a give for disc installation errors and some more steps
