    Error code 0x80070570 when trying to Install Games on Xbox One S


    After having the game in question (the backwards compatible Xbox 360 disc of Assassin’s Creed Rogue) installed for over a year it I recently tried to play it after a long time only to discover it had uninstalled. When I tried to reinstall it it stopped installation
    immediately but tried to install it again. This failed and after 4 or 5 times it eventually stopped. I tried many methods of getting it to work including:

    -Clearing the queue and inserting the disc again

    -Cleaning the disc

    -Turning the console completely off (holding the console button for 10+ settings)

    -Trying to download it offline

    -Downloading the game through the Xbox store

    -Unplugging the console and leaving it for a couple of hours

    None of these attempts worked at all. Trying to download the game through the store gave error 0x80070570, which appears to be an Xbox 360 error code. I uninstalled another game (digital, non-disc) and tried to redownload that which gave me the same problem,
    meaning it seems I am currently unable to download any games at all. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have installed straight onto the xbox drive so internal and it has error code (0x80070570)

    I have looked up the error code and it occurs when downloading content from xbox live on xbox 360, yet I am not using a 360 I am using an xbox one. The xbox one does not have an error code 0x80070570.
