I just bought a Xbox one S and doing setup for the 1st time. I had encountered Error Code: 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x00000301 when tried to download update. I had done factory reset to my console and tried to setup again with no luck. Appreciate your kind
advice.

Also, the size of the update is 1971 mb if that helps to figure out which update it is. My current OS version is 11499

First I would try restarting your router or gateway device. Unplug the power cord and plug it back in after at least 30 seconds.

If you still are having an issue here is a link regarding that error code. I realize that this says it's regarding the 360, but the error code should be the same for the One as well since it's all Microsoft.

I am not finding solutions in the forums that are easy. Most of the codes similar to this one require you to contact support. If this is a new system, I would reach out to the retailer and get another as this is way to early to have errors on a brand new
box.

I tried to update my xbox one system when prompted, but was unable carry out the update due to error code

error code 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x00000301. How should i solve the issue as i restore my factory systems and now i am unable to update my xbox one. Thank you.

I have this same problem too but I use Mac instead of Windows. Anyone can help me with that?
