    Error code 0x80070490 on an X Box One?


    I am getting this error on my X Box One and all support items show it to be for 360. Is this an X Box Live issue? How do I resolve it?

    some thing went wrong

    When I try to start my X box one S 500 Giga Byte Console, the message appear “Something went wrong, give another try. If the message still appear inform us at xbox.com, the error code 0x80070490" . This Message appear more than 10 times as per the attempts
    to start My Console. Kindly help.

    0x80070490 error code comes up when attempting to play a blu ray or DVD.

    Those are Windows 10 issues and have nothing to do with your Xbox One X setup issue.

    That error code means something went wrong in downloading your profile to your console. Try removing the profile then press and hold power button until console turns off. Power back up and try adding your profile again.

    Put an error code in the entry box and click the search icon on the right side.
