Error Code 0x80070490 during startup and any time I try to Cortana

Discus and support Error Code 0x80070490 during startup and any time I try to Cortana in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Like the title says, I get the error code 0x80070490.     Error Code 0x80070490 during startup and any time I try to Cortana


    Like the title says, I get the error code 0x80070490. I have done all the suggestion from Xbox Support and reset the cache. Delete my user account. disconnect my Kinect and power everything back on.

    I can't use Cortana at all for anything. I can not even go into Cortana setting with out getting the error message.

    Every time I turn on my Xbox One on, I get error code 0x80070490, I cant access anything all I get is a black screen and the error code and every time I try and press close it just reloads the room code, please help

    Cannot start or uninstall Destiny

    I've been trying to play Destiny since yesterday, but every time I try, I get this error code: 0x80070490. I've tried power cycling, resetting the console, and uninstalling. When I try to uninstall, nothing happens. Can anyone help?

    I'm now having this same issue on startup, cleared the system cache on both my 360 and my One as well as removed and reinstalled my accounts on both systems, still happening. I think it's effecting my ability to connect to ea servers as well because I can't
    play skate 3 online but all my friends are able to connect to their servers.

    1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
    2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
      EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox       button on the console.
    5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
      BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    7. After that, please select "reset this xbox to factory defaults"
