    I have re-installed the game four times and deleted the saved data multiple times. I still get the error code. Do you guys have any other suggestions as to the cause of the problem? I have re-set the console to
    factory settings four times, re-installed the game 6 times, unplugged the console, unplugged my wireless router and was on the phone with support this morning for thirty minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You don't have to uninstall. Go to the game icon then press menu to get manage app. Go to saved data and delete all. The next time you open the game it will then sync.
