error code 0x80070424 not letting me install games from gamepass

it is the extension, which is to be .exe, and as your windows is configured to hide the extension it does not change, and continues as txt, access the folder option and set to show the extensions.

i think i have made the notepad doc & added the files inside.

should this be a txt document still or a ps1 file.

next problem is i have made both a text doc with this in & a ps1 file with it in but neither will give me the option to run as administrator.

As this is a notepad file, I'm not sure about " inside the file" where do I add the rest...

Create a notepad file with the following name:

"RepairGamingServices.ps1"

inside the file paste this text (if quotes):

Then, to run, right-click on the file, and run as administrator. then restart windows. then you need to open the Xbox app from Windows 10 that will be warning you that you need to install an extra component for the app, accept and wait for the installation. After that, Microsoft guarantees that you will be able to reopen and download Xbox Game Pass games on Windows 10.

I've tried reinstalling and I've been getting error code 0x80070424. My internet is fine though and I can install other games from Gamepass.

I've tried all the solutions posted in this thread, but none have worked.

Do you have any other ideas?
