I have tried this multiple times. Sadly it doesn't work.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this problem trying to boot up your console normally.

I would say that if you cannot even get to the home screen, for you to try a soft reset from the

startup troubleshooter.

Try bringing it up by

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

After you get the Troubleshoot menu up, try choosing reset and keep my games & apps.

That should help with any software issue it might have, but keep in mind that you would have to make sure that you're connected to the internet and you have all your sign in information before you go ahead with this step as you'll have to redownload all your
profiles again.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

We would be happy to try and help but would like some more information about the issue and what it is you are trying to do.

Are you just trying to sign in to the console? Is it not connecting to Xbox Live?

Is it not letting you play online or is the game not loading properly?

What Xbox One console do you have and what have you tried to solve the issue?
