Error code 0x8007013d When trying to install a new game. Shows installation stopped

Trying to install a game and this pops up, after it says installation stopped, I have enough memory to install it and I am connected to the internet.

Have tried restarting, doing a hard reboot, disconnecting from internet and installing, rebooting router, holding bind and eject to bring up troubleshoot menu but it’s changed since last I used it. Console was recently off for a few months. It has no problem with any other game or update just this one

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, Pan157. Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, we need to check if it's the console or the hard drive let's try to install a game with the hard drive unplugged.

Please unplug the external hard drive then perform a powercycle before installing any game. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

It did the same to me but after restarting my Xbox it worked. Some many issues with these games every time they are launched or updated.

Same thing was happening with me trying to download cod. And I did what you said and it still isn't working. What do I do?

Du musst es zuerst ohne Inernet instalieren, danach funktioniert es problemlos
