Error code 0x800700e9 when trying to install games from gamepass.

I'm having this error 0x800700e9 whenever I try to install any non already bought nor EA game from the xbox app in windows 10.

I'll leave a list of things I've done already.

I've restarted my pc.

I've reset and repaired the xbox app.

I've gone into my services and made sure that gaming services are running.

I've gone into PowerShell and typed this command, get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers after that, I followed it by typing, start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN and installing the service again from the store.

I've searched in both the forum and the support page the error code I got and found nothing.

I've searched for updates for my windows.

I've upgraded my windows version like its shown here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/videoplayer/embed/RE201WL

I've ran the troubleshooter for microsoft store's apps.

I dont know what else try and the error specification doesn't help at all, it only says that something unexpected happened and that I can wait a "bit" and try again or restart my device, "that may help". I want to clarify again that I can install and play games from the app, but only those I bought or are from the EA app.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, are you having issues installing games from Xbox Game Pass for PC except EA games? Or you are having issue with installing EA games from your Xbox account with Xbox Game Pass for PC?

May we know if you have connected your EA account to your Xbox account?

May we know if you use Xbox app or Microsoft Store or EA Desktop games in downloading the games?

Known Issues for Game Launches -

EA Play (formerly EA Access)

10-hour trials for games are counting down time when users are not actively playing the games.
- This can occur a few different ways but most often when the game is paused and left running. To prevent this from happening, please make sure that you fully quit out of the game from the guide menu when you're finished with each session within your 10-hour trial. To do this:
  1. Press the Xbox button on your controller and then highlight the game from your recently played list.
  2. Press the Menu button and highlight Quit.
  3. Press the A button.

There's no EA Play app on Xbox Series X|S consoles.
- The EA Play app is not necessary to enjoy the benefits of EA Play. If you're looking for ways to claim your 10-hour trials for popular games such as FIFA 21 or Madden NFL 21 on an Xbox Series X|S console, go to the Store and search for your game. Then select Free Trial with EA Play on the game description page. To access the entire EA Play library, go to My games & apps > Full library > EA Play.

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

If you've already tried everything and it didn't work, there might be one last thing you could try.

You'll have to make a new installation of windows but by keeping all your personal files.

Once you have installed windows again you'll need to update all the available windows updates and then update all the xbox associated apps needed to start and download games.

You'll have to download the new Xbox PC app from the store directly.

Once you have done this you will be able to download the game pass game successfully.
