Error code 0x800700e9 when trying to download any Xbox Game Pass game?

My computer restarted while moving FH5 to my SSD from my hard drive. Now, I get the error code 0x800700e9 when trying to download any Xbox game on my SSD, and it just cancels the download without any explanation when I try to download it to my hard drive. Is there any known way to fix this?

Alright, I'm just cancelling the game pass subscription, since it seems like Microsoft doesn't care about error codes like this.

Hi there Jay welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. A lot of users have reported the same exact issue! Some users reported solving this issue by reinstalling the Xbox app! So, I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

I was able to uninstall the Xbox app, but it gives me the same error when trying to install games, even from the Microsoft Store instead of the Xbox app.
