Error code 0x800700d8 when connecting to store

So, I live in an area that was grazed by Hurricane Irma a few weeks ago. While I regained power relatively quickly, the power grid still hasn't stabilized -- often dropping out in the middle of play. This may or may not be relevant to my issue, which is
the only reason I bring it up.

After the last power outage a few hours ago, I can no longer connect to the store, with the console telling me the app is out of date. It spits at me that specific error code, and I can't find anything on the support section about it.

ok so I was up dateing the store then it said error now its completely gone. when I try to open it it says error code (0x800700d8). help

getting the error code 0x800700d8 out of date when I try to access the Xbox store from my console not sure why and everything is up to date. Any ideas or is this a known issue?

 

I live in Germany and there was no Hurricane.. but i have the same Problem.. when i open the Store there comes the error, that my store is outdated.. But theres no Update.. i hope it will be fixed :/
