But your System is now uptodate, there are no pending Updates? Please check this also in the Store app, some of the XBOX service will be updated about this way. Check also if the 4 XBox Services and the gaming service is running (via taskmanager) And please
try out if you can install anything from the store (for example a game ). And this could also be a help

I tried the steps you suggested, still doesn't work sadly.

sorry to hear.The error code means something like "the file could not stored because it still exist" maybe in your case just right management failure.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Try to install as admin

1. Press Windows logo key + X, select
   Command Prompt (Admin).
2. Type the fullpath of the .exe into the Command prompt (Admin) and hit
   Enter key.

Method 2: I suggest you to place your computer in Clean Boot state as below and check whether the issue persists or not.

Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.
