    Error code 0x80070057 when trying to play Halo wars 2. Tried everything i know to do


    Hi, Recently i have been trying to play Halo Wars 2. But when i launch it i get the error code 0x8070057. Now, i'm not making this post before having tried everything i Know to do.

    Here's a list of what I've tried so far:

    1. Retry

    2. Restart the xbox

    3. Uninstall and reinstall (Which i ended up having a big problem with, will get to later)

    4. turn off the xbox, unplug everything, wait 30 seconds, plug back in, turn on

    5. Reset the xbox without deleting my games

    None of these have worked. (Note all other games are working fine). Now back to the uninstalling and reinstalling, It wouldn't uninstall. I would hit uninstall, it would disappear, wouldn't give me the space back, i took out the disc and put it back in,
    and it said it was installed. I'm at a loss and am ready to just never play it again. Can someone please tell me what to do. Is it the disc/game? Is it my console? Is it Microsoft?

    ATN installation bug

    Yesterday I tried to update Halo Wars 2 on my xbox, but I had to download the entire game instead of the actual content of update(Awakening the Nightmare) and also the download stopped at 31% giving me the error 0x80070057 a lot of times, so I uninstalled
    the game and tried to install it again from the blu ray, but the console keeps give the error 0x80070057 and now I can't reinstall Halo Wars 2. What should I do?

    Games seem to be corrupting every time I start my console.

    When trying to play destiny 2 I get error code “0x800704490” and a message saying “something went wrong.” With apex I get the “getting your game ready” for about 2 minutes followed by a “Please try again” message with the error code “0x80070057”

    At this point I’m almost considering trying to refund what I’ve bought on this Xbox cause I’m literally locked out of content I paid for and it’s beyond frustrating.

    Can't instal solitaire collection

    I get the same error 0x80070057. went to the troubleshooters and it said fixed the problem with that code, but when I tried to download the game it gave me the same code again and stopped the dl.

    What's up with that? What do we need to do to be able to play Solitaire again?

    I'm having similar issue. An update came out for Halo Wars 2. I tried to download it. After 2 attempts, the original install from months ago (I purchased pre-order when it came out), deleted itself and I had to install the full game again, about 43 GB. For
    over 2 weeks now I have tried to download Halo Wars 2 again to no avail. Other games download perfectly, but Halo Wars 2 will not download - keep getting down load error code.
