    I keep getting error code 0x8007000e every time i try to install an app or game. I have tried everything, rebooted, made sure regions are right, still nothing. I have had my console 2 weeks and can't even install the you tube app or blue ray app. I can't
    do anything with it. I really want to use my xbox, please help!!!

    i would contact xbox support directly. they have been quite helpful with my needs and issues.

    the other thing to try is reseting the mac address.. its in settings, network, advanced do the restart and see what happens from their.

    Hey Expected Robin72,

    You are seeing that error message with every app and game that you try to install? If you're rebooting the console with the steps listed

    here    , have you tried
    reset your console     to defaults to see if that helps? Let us know how that goes. error code 0x8007000e :)
