    Error code : 0x80070005 Not able to install a game


    When ever i try to install Train Sim world 3 i get the error code , i have tried every trouble shooting step on your website and none of them worked

    also the live chat is broken , i got sent to a "specialist" and when i finally connected the website was broken and i couldn't type in the box to talk to them

    I see. Please go to this PC section then enter the disc drive where you want to install games. Look for a filename called "WindowsApps" folder then rename it to "WindowsApps.old" then restart your computer. Try to install any game after that and see if it works.
