    Error code: 0x80070003 not letting me play 360 games


    i have two 360 games and none of them let me play this error code 0x80070003 keeps poping up I followed the instructions on Xbox help and none of them worked can anybody help me fix this please I need answers quick!

    Hey there ROMPT CHUY707.

    To check, what steps have you tried so far? If you haven't tried re-downloading your Xbox Live profile, please give that a try. Press both the menu and select button while in an Xbox 360 game to pull up the Xbox 360 guide, then select download profile and re-enter
    your Xbox Live information. Let us know if that helps.

    Any chance you could let us know what troubleshooting steps you've already done? We want to be sure we're not doubling up and asking you to try things you have already tried so knowing what you've done so far will help us narrow down
    the list of things so suggest. It also helps keeps things from getting too confusing.

    I have the same issue.

    I now get an error stating:

    Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x80070003 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

    When entered on the xbox.com/errorhelp site, the code returns this result: There are no results for "0x80070003".
