Error Code 0x80040212

I have been having non stop issues with the DVR stuff since the beginning. I could record a clip and view it in Upload, but there was no save option. When going to manage videos and choosing some to save, it would simply say did not save, please try again.
I ended up restoring to factory settings which did fix it, but lost all my clips.

Now it seems after this update, I can't watch any clips recorded, it says the same error. If I try watching it twice, I just get a black screen. I am recording clips from Halo FYI

Same here. Though battlefield 4 seems to be the only game causing this. I tried the steps in this link and it seemed to work. I only tested it in the test area not a live game. It seemed to work but on a live multiplayer game I still have problem.
