Discus and support error code 0x800401fd in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have seen many post just like mine with no response.     I have seen many post just like mine with no response. I am getting the same error code that many others are getting 0x800401fd. Is there a solution to this problem? I cannot sign in, I cannot play games. What is going on?

    I am getting that error code as well, cant use anything on my xbox. No apps or games work, have restarted multiple times.

    looks like many people have been hit with this error code and no one has a solution to this problem.

    Can't log in - Error Code 0x800401fd

    This is the solution unplug the console from the power supply. This will cause a hard reboot and it will resolve this issue.

    Hi,

    I can't seem to find that error code in the code checker.

    Just a few questions. I'm assuming you are logging into fine to the website/xbox website (As you posted in here without issues)

    Do you have Two Factor Authentication enabled? Is this a new console you are logging in to? When was the last time you logged into the console without issues?
