Error Code 0x800401fb

Discus and support Error Code 0x800401fb in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; As soon as I turn of my Xbox it displays this error code (0x800401fb) and a "close" button.     Error Code 0x800401fb


    As soon as I turn of my Xbox it displays this error code (0x800401fb) and a "close" button. Hitting the home button or the "close" button doesn't work. Please help.

    me too. i wasn't just playing planet earth 2 uhd last night with the kids. this morning i turn it on, i got that error message. can't do anything..

    last night while i was playing the movie, it says there's an update pending. could it be the update?

    I got this one after I restarted from a different error code. Please investigate or respond.

    This worked for me though I did not need to remove my account, just had to login on the system and Microsoft signin.

    try those steps.

    1. go to settings, network settings, advance settings, alternate mac, press A on clear and restart.

    unplug modem and router for 5 minutes,

    make sure you know the email and password before removing the account.

    3. remove your profile on the console then add it back in. the profile can be remove by going on settings, account, then remove accounts.

    Unplug the power plug for about 30 sec and plug it back in. Should work fine...did for me.

    mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.

    Unplug the power plug for about 30 sec and plug it back in. Should work fine...did for me.

    I had this pop up so I unplugged power to my xbox one and then plugged it back in. Shutting the console down doesn't work because it is still in a standby state. Unplugging power for about 30 sec and then plugging back in worked like a charm for me.
