    i had this error code show up and contacted the support chat. they had me power drain my unit.the steps are below. this worked for me.

    Empty disc tray

    · Clear persistent storage

    · Turn off console

    · Power drain for 3 minutes (Remove all cables and accessories [flash drives and external storages] including the power supply / Plug back power supply and HDMI cable of the console after 3 mins)

    · Turn on console

    Network cable will need to be plugged back in after startup to access network if you are not using wifi.

    mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.

    Unplug the power plug for about 30 sec and plug it back in. Should work fine...did for me.
