    Sign in error

    I'm currently having this problem where I can't sign into my Microsoft account on the app. I've already tried deleting one and adding another, but all I get is this error every time (0x409) 0x80070002

    Have you ever figured out what the problem was? I have just installed Halo and when it pulled the game up it gave me an error code: 0x80070002. Why is it doing this and how can it be fixed. It let me sign in to my Microsoft account,
    so why? If there is any answers to this matter please will you inform me on how to fix it because I am lost on what to do to take care of it!

    I suggest to restart the computer (1) or if that doesn't work do in this link use the second method described on how fix the problem.

    Error 0x80070002 When Starting Xbox Live

    Hi there,

    I think the problem was how the command was input into the command prompt. I believe there should be no spaces after and before the asterisks (*). Copy and paste this command into the command prompt: Get-AppxPackage *Xbox app* | Remove-AppxPackage

    Copy and pasting should ensure it is done correctly. Once it's done restart your computer and open the Microsoft Store, then search for and download the Xbox App again.

    If that doesn't help, I found a helpful article regarding this issue that could also be caused from a missing built-in app. Look over the article and go over all the steps:
