Hello,

how you can see, i'm in my home network (with the XBOX) , but i can't connect with that!

Need help

When i turn my xbox on it gives me an error from not being able to connect to wifi. It says We're not sure whats wrong and an error code of 0x4000000000000000. I have serch the code on xbox support and it says it does not know what that error code.

Wifi Error Cannot be found

this wifi error cannot be found "0x4000000000000000" please help me figure this out i would like to play online.

If you are running into the "Additional authentication needed" error message or are running into error code 0x4000000000000000

while trying to connect to your network, give the following steps a try:

1.From the error message, select Enter alternate MAC address at the bottom of the screen, then select Manual

2.On a wireless PC connect to the Wi-Fi network you are trying to connect your console to. Once you have connected to your wireless network,

you will now need to get the MAC address (physical address) of the PC

3.From your PC, open Command Prompt by typing CMD in the Cortana search box and then type ipconfig/all

4.Your MAC address is listed as "Physical Address" and is shown under the Ethernet adapter Ethernet section. Copy this number down and go back to your Xbox One console.

5.From your Xbox One console, enter the MAC address of your PC into the Alternate Wireless MAC address field. Once you have entered your MAC address,

try connecting to your wireless network again.

this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
