    Hi ,

    When trying to play a video I purchased from microsft, the video app comes up with a message saying make sure to sign in with an account that matches the region setting of your device. I have checked that both my computers and microsoft account are both
    in the same region. So could someone please help me with this issue.

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Sorry to hear about the region trouble with your video content. Are you physically located in the region you have your account set to? Cross-region accounts aren't supported and having the region of your account and PC won't change the region that you're

    Yeah i'm in Australia and both my PC and Account when i checked it in settings are both set to Australia, so i'm not sure what the problem is or how to fix it? :/

    this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
