    I have been getting this error code for a couple of days and it seems to be something to do with my account as it is affecting all my services and the entire Microsoft store on all devices. There is no way to contact customer support for any issues it
    seems other than to post here.

    this issue has mainly to do with your connection try restarting the modem/router and the issue should be fixed then

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the microsoft store.

    Turn your xbox completely off (Hold power button 10 secs) and do the same with your modem.

    Take in count that xbox live servers are being overloaded due to the quarantine and virus. So, maybe the problem will be fixed itself with time.
