    Hello, my name is Caleb, and every time I try to download a game on the Xbox app, I get this error message 0x00000001. I have looked all over the Xbox website to figure out what is causing this error, and they don't seem to know it even exists. I'm really hoping someone here can tell me what it means and how to fix this error code. Before anyone asks yes, windows and all the other necessary drivers are all up to date, and I did try turning off then on my PC. Thank you all in advance for any ideas and help.
