Error code 0x00000001; Código de error 0x00000001

Today i bought the Xbox game pass and i could just download one game. When i start any download i get the error code “0x00000001”. It’s the second time that i bought this pass. On the first time, a few months ago, i had no troubles. I looked for different solutions on google and only one worked, but for a few minutes. Searching on different forums i’ve noticed that my pc only has one out of four Xbox live services. I reinstaled Xbox, i cleaned the store’s cache. I reestablished, reeboted and repaired both, nothing worked.

Compré el pase de xbox y solo puede descargar un juego. Al cabo de iniciar cualquier descarga obtengo el error "0x000000001". Es la segunda vez que compro el pase. En la primera, hace unos meses, no tuve ningún inconveniente. Estuve buscando diferentes soluciones en google y una sola funcionó para una descarga, pero después de esa el error volvió. Al buscar información en google noté que en mi computadora solo tengo uno de los cuatro servicios de xbox live, adjunto la imagen. Reinstale Xbox, borré el caché de la store, reestablecí, reinicié y reparé ambas, nada sirvió.
