    Error code 0x00000001 appears when trying to download games. Does not even start downloading


    I have received and been trying to find ways to get around this error, mostly by allowing certain apps to run as administrator, as the games that don't download say that "Administrator approval is required", despite me being the only owner of this PC.

    The games that I've tried downloading via Xbox are also on Microsoft store, where the same issue is apparent, and the game doesn't even start to download. As of typing this message, the gaming services issue has finally been resolved. But it did not resolve, as i had assumed prior to it being fixed, the download of games on Xbox, let alone Microsoft Store.

    What do I do? I don't wish to download anymore fixing apps or rewrite any files just to get this fixed anymore =/ If possible -__-

    Have the same issues. Hours ago all was fine and now i can´t play or download - Error Code 0x00000001. I figured out thats not for all games. Forza 4, fallout 4 e.g. works fine, halo, portia, all dragonquest games don´t work. when i try to start a game that have these problems i get redirect to microsoft store - gaming service app but this app is installed. i thought reinstall will help but now i can´t download these games cuz i get that error. i check all windows updates, i logged off and in, restart pc and apps and other things, nothing helps. on my xbox or tablet workes all fine, but pc ...
